Taking care of our mental health is often expensive. In order to make therapy more accessible, I am in network with multiple insurance plans. If you are unable to pay full price and your insurance is not listed, please reach out to see if I have any sliding scale appointments available.

Through Alma, I am able to accept Optum, United, Aetna, Cigna, and all affiliates.

BCBS TN

Through Grow, I am able to take BCBS TN.

Tricare East

I am in network with Tricare East and able to accept both dependents and active service members.
